I'm Dawn Coleman, a Life Transformation Coach dedicated to helping you turn your goals and dreams into reality. I founded BodyIgnite, LLC with a holistic approach to wellness, blending physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I am an ace certified personal trainer serving the North Shore area for over 28 years.

At BodyIgnite, LLC I offer a multi-modality approach to wellness and well-being, which extends to the creation of Sacred Spaces events for Spiritual Healing. This service includes Personal Training/Post-Rehab, Intuitive Healing Energy services, including Reiki and Shamanic Soul Illumination, Soul Retrievals and many other Shamanic Healing Services. I also facilitate destination and local retreats and more that create a space for healing.

This space is aimed to bring a sense of well-being, stress relief, and inner peace to the body, mind, and energy body.
