What to Bring:

Athletic Shoes - no flip-flops or sandals

Sunscreen - Please apply ahead of time and be sure to use face sunscreen. You will be perspiring a bit!

Beach Towel - Handy to wipe your brow and also to sit on at the beach as we dip our toes in the water and sand.

Arrival Instructions:
Enter via Highland Rd, just east of Hwy 43. Turn left at the entrance and pass the gatehouse. Then, turn right toward the lake. The road circles to the parking lot. Park there and meet me under a tree at the top of the steps. Arrive by 6:45 AM, ready to go!
